Thinky Creates Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a Thinky Creates subscription, what happens to your workspace and data afterwards, and what happens when a payment fails. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. How to cancel. Sign in to your account at console.thinkycreates.com, open Subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. A confirmation screen shows the date your access ends and how long you can export your data; after you confirm, we send a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. You can also cancel by e-mailing create@thinkycreates.com from your account's billing e-mail; we confirm in writing within 2 business days. You can cancel a single module or the whole subscription. Cancelling does not delete your data immediately — see point 4.

2. When it takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. No further charge is made: automatic renewal stops at the moment you confirm the cancellation. We send a second e-mail when the period ends. Payments already made are not refunded (see the Refund Policy).

3. Before the end of the period. You can withdraw a cancellation at any time before it takes effect, from the same page; your subscription then continues and renews as normal.

4. After it takes effect. Your workspace becomes read-only: your users can still sign in, view and export data, but messages, campaigns, the chatbot, AI features and changes are switched off. This read-only export window lasts 30 days from the end of your subscription. After that the workspace is closed, and your data is deleted from our live systems 90 days after your subscription ended; encrypted backups are deleted within 60 days after that, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. We confirm in writing when deletion is complete.

5. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we e-mail your billing contact and retry the payment on days 1, 3 and 7. During this time everything keeps working, and your administrators see a notice. If the payment still fails on day 7, the affected module becomes read-only (as in point 4) until payment is made. If it remains unpaid on day 30, the subscription is cancelled and point 4 applies. Paying at any point restores full access, normally within minutes. Each module is handled separately: a failed payment for one module does not affect the others.

6. Module trials. When you add a module to a paid subscription, it can start with a free one-month trial. If you do not subscribe to it by the end of the trial, the module is switched off and its data is kept for 90 days; we e-mail you 7 days before that data is deleted. Subscribing within those 90 days restores the module with its data.

7. Cancellation by us. We may suspend or end a subscription for a breach of the Terms of Service as set out there, or for non-payment as set out in point 5. Where we end the Service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund any fees paid for the period not yet used.
